PRICING
Concierge Service
Our base rate, we use this rate for things like cleaning, errands, house sitting, etc. Generally, things that do not require tools or extra skills.
$45 per hour
Handyman Service
This rate is for services that take a little extra labor and knowledge, such as furniture assembly or hauling off large items.
$50 per hour
Customization Services
This rate is for services such as wall painting or TV mounting that require repairs if you move out of your apartment. These costs are built in so you never have to worry about your deposit.
$75 per hour
DISCOUNTS
Senior Discount (Age 65+) - $10 off
Super Heroes Discount (First responders, nurses, and veterans) - $7 off
Prepaid Hours (purchase service hours ahead of time) - $10 off
CARPET CLEANING
We also offer carpet cleaning priced by floorplan.
Below are some of our more popular services and their average prices. R+B@Home services are custom-tailored to your specific needs, so pricing may vary. You will be given a quote when you get in touch to book your services.
Regular Cleaning
2 hours of basic cleaning. Dusting shelves, cleaning your kitchen and bathroom, and vacuuming common areas.

Furniture Assembly
Avoid the stress of confusing instructions - let us assemble your furniture for you! Pricing depends on the size of furniture and difficulty of assembly.

Laundry
Your laundry will be picked up, cleaned, folded, and returned to your apartment. Laundry bags are approximately the size of a 13 gal kitchen trash bag -- big enough to hold most bedding.

Accent Wall Paint
Add a little character to your apartment with an accent wall. Choose from our pallet of paint colors and the paint is included.

TV Mounting
We will mount your TV on the wall of your choice. We will provide a mount if you do not have one. Instructions must be provided if using your own.

Make sure your pets are well taken care of while you are away. We offer discounts for repeat visits.
